To ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible, we follow specific guidelines for shipping our coffee products:
Roast to Order
We roast our coffee to order, which means your beans are roasted after you place your order, not weeks or months before. This ensures maximum freshness.
Rest Period
After roasting, coffee needs a short rest period to develop its full flavor profile. We allow our coffee to rest for 24-48 hours before shipping.
Protective Packaging
Our coffee is packaged in high-quality, one-way valve bags that allow carbon dioxide to escape while preventing oxygen from entering, maintaining freshness during transit.
Expedited Options
For the absolute freshest coffee experience, we recommend choosing Express or Next-Day shipping, especially for ground coffee which begins to lose freshness more quickly than whole beans.
Shipping Policies
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders containing coffee are roasted to order, which may add 1-2 additional days to processing time. Orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you haven't received this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting customer service.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect address information. Address changes after an order has been placed cannot be guaranteed.
